Settlement had pulled the brick veneer away from the window frame and cracked the courses under the sill, leaving an open gap into the wall cavity — a direct path for water and pests.

Assessed the movement and supported the opening
Removed the cracked and displaced brick and mortar
Rebuilt the courses beneath the sill with matched brick
Tooled color-matched mortar joints to blend with the original wall
Cleaned the brick paving and surrounding porch

The result

The wall is closed back up, the sill is bearing properly again, and the repair reads as part of the original masonry rather than a patch.
