We fix the cause, not the symptom
Concrete cracks and brick settles for a reason. We look at base, grade, and water before quoting the visible part — which is why our repairs tend to stay repaired.
Milton, Florida · Est. 2024
Driveways, patios, brick repair, and drainage across Northwest Florida. We fix what is under the surface first — so the work outlasts the estimate.

What we do
Concrete, masonry, drainage, and site work are the same problem seen from different angles. Handling them together is how you avoid paying twice to dig up the same yard.

Tear-out and replacement or fresh pours — driveways, patios, walkways, and equipment pads, formed and finished to drain properly.

Settled brick, cracked mortar joints, and failing window sills rebuilt to match the existing masonry.

Catch basins, buried drain lines, and regrading that move water away from your foundation instead of into it.
Learn more
Skid-steer clearing, grading, and site preparation that gives whatever comes next a level, stable base.

Graded, prepped, and laid sod that takes root — including restoring the ground after drainage or concrete work.

Sprinkler systems planned around how your property is actually zoned, watered, and used.

Real jobs, real photos
Every photo on this site is from a job we did — no stock imagery, no renderings. Pull the slider across to see what the property looked like before we started.

The original slab was weathered and stopped well short of the back door, leaving most of the rear of the house as bare grass.
Result: A single patio running the width of the house, sloped away from the slab, with the old and new concrete tied together.

Concrete cracks and brick settles for a reason. We look at base, grade, and water before quoting the visible part — which is why our repairs tend to stay repaired.
Drainage, concrete, grading, and sod all disturb the same ground. Doing them together means your yard gets torn up once instead of four times.
If your job is not something we should be doing, we will tell you that instead of selling you a scope. Clear pricing, clear timeline, no pressure.

Family-owned in Milton
New Christendom Construction is a family business, not a call center with a truck. When you call, you talk to the people who will be standing in your yard — and who live in the same county you do.
That is not a marketing line, it is a constraint. We cannot afford a reputation for cutting corners here, because we run into our customers at the grocery store. It keeps us honest about scope, about pricing, and about saying no to work we should not take.
More about us“The God of heaven, he will prosper us; therefore we his servants will arise and build.”

How it works
No pressure, no runaround, and no surprise line items.
Fill out the short form or call. Two or three photos and a sentence about what is happening is plenty to start.
We get back to you the same or next business day to ask anything we need and set a time to come look.
On site we check base, grade, and where the water goes — then give you a written scope and a real number.
Scheduled, completed, and cleaned up. You know what is happening and when before we start.

Tell us your name, a number to reach you, your ZIP, and what you are dealing with. That is genuinely all we need to get moving — everything else is optional and just makes the first visit faster.
We will get back to you the same or next business day, ask anything we need, and set a time to come look at the property. If it is not something we should be doing, we will say so.

Common questions
Still not sure? Ask us directly — we would rather tell you it is not a fit than waste your afternoon.
Ask us about your projectIt depends on square footage, how much demolition and haul-off is involved, access for equipment, and how much base work the site needs. We give you a written number after seeing the property — not a range over the phone that changes later.
No. Estimates are free and there is no obligation. Send photos and a short description and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we should come look at.
We reply to estimate requests the same or next business day and schedule the site visit from there. Emergency and water-intrusion issues get moved up.
Yes. We carry insurance and are happy to provide documentation before any work begins.
Almost always, yes. The fix is usually a combination of regrading and giving the water a buried route off the lot rather than a drain by itself. It starts with walking the property to find where the water is coming from.
It is worth looking at soon. A gap at a sill is an open path for water into the wall, and water in the wall gets expensive quickly. We can usually tell you from photos whether it needs immediate attention.
That is generally the cheaper way to do it. Drainage, concrete, grading, and sod all disturb the same ground, so doing them as one project means the site only gets torn up once.

Yes. Tell us about the property and the scope and we will let you know whether it is a fit.
The property location, what is happening in plain language, and two or three photos. That is usually enough for us to tell you what the next step is.
