Concrete in Navarre
On deep sand the base is the job. We excavate to firm ground, compact properly, and pay real attention to the edges, because an unconfined slab edge on sand is where failure starts.

Working in Navarre
roughly half an hour south-east of our Milton base.
Navarre sits on the southern edge of Santa Rosa County between the Sound and the Gulf. Like Gulf Breeze it is a coastal environment, but with a larger share of newer residential development mixed in.
Deep sand is the defining feature. It drains beautifully and holds almost nothing up, which is a fair summary of most of the work we do there.
It is a longer run from Milton, so we plan Navarre work in blocks and are straight with people about scheduling rather than promising a same-week look we cannot reliably make.

Concrete in NavarreMasonry here is mostly modern veneer repair — settlement cracking, dropped sills, and joints eroded faster than they would be inland because of salt exposure.
Masonry in NavarreNavarre drainage work is often erosion control as much as water removal: stopping runoff cutting channels across a property and carrying sand with it.
Drainage in NavarreGrading, base preparation and access work on sand, where getting compaction right is the whole game.
Land & Site Work in NavarreLocal conditions
Very sandy throughout. Compaction and confinement are what make a slab stable — sand that is not confined at the edges migrates, and anything sitting on it follows.
Drainage is rarely about the water not soaking away; it is usually about erosion, washouts and the way runoff moves sand around a property.
Substantially newer residential, much of it built in the last three decades, plus older coastal properties closer to the water.
The newer stock brings the usual fifteen-to-twenty-year issues: original driveways reaching the end of their life, builder-minimum grading, and patios that were never large enough to be useful.

How it works
No pressure, no runaround, and no surprise line items.
Fill out the short form or call. Two or three photos and a sentence about what is happening is plenty to start.
We get back to you the same or next business day to ask anything we need and set a time to come look.
On site we check base, grade, and where the water goes — then give you a written scope and a real number.
Scheduled, completed, and cleaned up. You know what is happening and when before we start.

It depends on square footage, how much demolition and haul-off is involved, access for equipment, and how much base work the site needs. We give a written number after seeing the property — not a range over the phone that changes later. Estimates are free.

We reply to estimate requests the same or next business day and schedule the site visit from there. Navarre is roughly half an hour south-east, so we can usually get there quickly — and if we cannot, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
