The building was finished but sat in bare graded dirt, with no hard surface to reach any of its doors.
The work
What we did about it
- Graded and compacted the base around the building
- Formed walkways to each entry and a ramped approach at the main door
- Placed concrete direct from the truck
- Screeded, floated and broom-finished for grip
- Cut joints and cleaned up the surrounding ground
The result
Every door reached by a finished walkway, with a ramped entry at the main door and the surfaces falling away from the building.
